Terms & Conditions

The short version: you can try your first dublu free, with limits; Dublu Pro is a one-time pass for₹99 per dublu that lasts until 31 Dec 2026; treats are promises between partners, not things we sell; and be kind.

These terms are an agreement between you and Soloventure LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (“we”, “us”), which runs Dublu (“Dublu”, “the service”) at dublu.in. By creating an account or using Dublu you agree to them, and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use Dublu

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.

2. Your account and dublus

• You sign in with Google or a link sent to your email. Keep access to that account secure.
• A dublu (a pairing) is exactly two people. You can be in up to 5 dublus, each private to its two people.
• Either person can leave a dublu at any time; leaving permanently deletes everything that dublu shared, for both of them.
• You can delete your account at any time from Profile.

3. Care Coins and treats

• Care Coins are points inside the app. They have no cash value, can’t be bought, sold or transferred, and can’t be exchanged for money.
• Treats, vouchers and surprises are promises between you and your partner. We don’t provide, guarantee or enforce them, and we aren’t responsible for whether or how they are fulfilled.

4. Free trial

• Your first dublu is free for 90 days from when it starts. The trial is once per person: leaving and starting a new dublu doesn’t restart it. Any other dublu has no free trial.
• When the free time ends, the dublu is locked unless it has Dublu Pro: you can still sign in and see your history, but you can’t add, track or redeem anything until one of you buys a pass. Your data is kept.

5. Dublu Pro

• Dublu Pro is a one-time pass costing ₹99, or ₹69 with a valid partner promo code, inclusive of taxes. Payments are collected by Soloventure LLP, the company behind Dublu, and processed by Razorpay, so your bank statement and receipt show Soloventure.
• One payment unlocks Pro for both people in one dublu until 31 Dec 2026, 11:59 pm India time, whenever it is bought. It does not renew and you won’t be charged again. Each dublu needs its own pass.
• If that dublu ends early, the remaining Pro time goes to the person who paid, to use in one new dublu.
• What Pro includes is described on the upgrade screen. Our pricing after the pass ends is still to be decided, and we’ll announce it before anything is charged.
• Refunds are covered by our Refunds & Cancellations policy.

6. Promo codes

Promo codes are issued to our partners (influencers). Each code gives the discounted price shown at checkout and can be withdrawn at any time. Codes have no cash value.

7. Sponsor cards and other websites

Dublu may show clearly labelled sponsor cards. Sponsors’ offers, products and websites are theirs, not ours: we don’t endorse them and aren’t responsible for them. Buying from a sponsor is between you and the sponsor.

8. Acceptable use

Don’t use Dublu to:

• harass, threaten or harm anyone, including your partner;
• post anything unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes someone’s rights;
• access another person’s account or data, or interfere with the service or its security; or
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

9. Your content

What you write in Dublu (routine names, treats and so on) stays yours. You let us store it and show it to your partner so the app can work, and nothing more.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep Dublu running, but it is provided “as is”, and there may be interruptions. We may change or stop features. If we ever shut Dublu down while a Pro pass is active, we’ll refund the unused part of it.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that can’t be limited.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute can’t be settled by talking to us first, the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Dublu means you accept them.
