Shipping & Delivery

Dublu is an online service. There is nothing to ship: Dublu Pro switches on in the app, for both partners, as soon as your payment goes through.

Delivery of Dublu Pro

• What you get: access to Pro features in the Dublu web app, for you and your partner.
• When: instantly, usually within a minute of a successful payment. You’ll see “Dublu Pro” on your Profile.
• Where: at dublu.in, on any device you sign in on.
• Delivery charges: none.

If Pro doesn’t switch on

Reload the app first. If Pro still isn’t active an hour after paying, email admin@soloventure.org with the Razorpay payment ID (it starts with pay_). We’ll switch it on within 2 working days or refund you in full, as set out in our Refunds & Cancellations policy.

Physical goods

We don’t sell or ship physical products. Treats in your Care Menu are promises between you and your partner, fulfilled by them, not by Dublu. Offers on sponsor cards are sold and delivered by the sponsor, on their own terms.
