Payments and refunds

For a payment question, include the email you sign in with and the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt (it starts with pay_). See our Refunds & Cancellations policy for what we refund and how long it takes.

Grievance officer

Under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, complaints about content or your personal data can be sent to our Grievance Officer at admin@soloventure.org (subject line “Grievance”). We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.
